Two of the brightest graduates of the class of '92 were instrumental in ending the historical bullying culture inside changing rooms - at Old Trafford at least.

Young players would get a rough time as they earned their stripes in the men's game.

Initiations and pranks were rife, but that all ended once Giggs, Scholes and Nicky Butt got their feet under the door.

And the change in approach clearly worked as United embarked on a period of unrivalled success at Old Trafford.

Gary Neville helped to change the culture of Man Utd

Former United defender Casper told the Manchester Evening News: "The culture and environment that developed was very competitive and challenging at times.

"The initiations and stuff like that.

"When we first started going down it wasn't very pleasant at times.

"Strong characters like Gary, Butty and Scholesy changed that culture and developed it how we wanted to develop it. How it should be.

"The dressing room should be a sanctuary as players. That's your room."
