At least that's what Richard Keys has suggested on Twitter, with the Liverpool gaffer's behaviour at St. James' Park compared to that of Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho by the veteran pundit.

Klopp was his usual animated self during the Reds' Premier League trip to Newcastle on Sunday afternoon.

And he found it difficult to keep his annoyance underwraps as his team failed to break down the Magpies' defence.

One of Klopp's backroom staff joined the ex-Borussia Dortmund boss in barking orders to their players as they watched a 1-1 draw play out.

And it's safe to say Keys was less than impressed by how Klopp and his assistant conducted themselves on the sidelines.

The former Sky Sports presenter compared Klopp's actions to those of Mourinho, who stepped on to the pitch at Southampton last weekend and was subsquently given his marching orders.

On Twitter, Keys wrote: "Just wondering - having sent Jose off last w/e [weekend] how is [Craig] Pawson allowing Klopp & his assistant to get away with their antics?"

Pawson's decision not to sanction Klopp may have angered a few United fans in the wake of his treatment of Mourinho.

Mourinho escaped any further FA action following the St. Mary's incident though, with the governing body deeming it to be a minor infringement.

Klopp and Mourinho will be in opposite dugouts when Liverpool play host to United on Saturday October 14.

The fierce rivals sit seventh and second respectively ahead of the Premier League fixture.
