That’s according to Spanish media outlet Don Balon who reckon the Portuguese has told Real bigwigs he won’t allow the 24-year-old to join the club.
Ronaldo is a hugely influential figure and carries significant clout in Real’s corridors of power.
It’s suggested Ronaldo wants to play a central attacking role and isn’t keen on any competition.
Kane, who will captain England for the third time tonight, has refused to rule out moving abroad one day.
“I would never say no or yes,” he said.
“It’s not something I definitely want to do, but you never rule anything out. I’m very happy here, but we’ll see what happens.”
The Spurs star has bagged 13 goals in his last eight games for club and country and has stated his desire to prove he is in the same class as Lionel Messi and Ronaldo.
“I appreciate good players,” he said.
“Messi and Ronaldo, they’re doing it every week consistently.
“That’s what I aspire to do. It’s good to have the appreciation, but I have to focus on what I want to do.”
Ronaldo is still happy for Real to sign top attacking talent - provided they don’t jeopardise his role in the team.
Don Balon say the 32-year-old would welcome the arrival Paulo Dybala from Juventus if he played out wide.
