José Mourinho: Zlatan Ibrahimovic is 'very, very easy' to manage

Rates chances of beating Paris Saint-Germain at 50%

José Mourinho says his players must strive to match the stellar level of a Paris Saint-Germain side containing some of the world's most expensive talent – including his former charge Zlatan Ibrahimovic – and rates Chelsea's chances of advancing to the Champions League semi-finals at 50%.

"They have some of the best players in the world, so they are a very powerful team," Mourinho said. "When I say 50-50, I think I'm even being a bit arrogant because I want to put my team at that level, to say my team are going to play this match without any kind of fear or a complex or problem or limitation."

At times this season Mourinho has suggested Chelsea's strike-force are a limitation, with only Samuel Eto'o in double figures for the campaign. The Cameroon striker, a doubt for the trip to Paris with a hamstring injury, moved from Barcelona to Mourinho's Inter when Ibrahimovic moved in the opposite direction in 2009 – and the coach said he is looked forward to facing the Swede again.

"I don't understand when people say he is a difficult guy to work with or a difficult personality. When you have somebody that is a winner and wants to win all the time, I think he is very, very easy. I only coached him for a year but it was a good year, a good experience and I rate him as one of the best players I have ever coached."

Mourinho believes Ibrahimovic's side are "big, big, big candidates. For sure they want to win this competition, so it's difficult for us."

His first European match as Chelsea manager was a 3-0 win at PSG. However, it was Chelsea's only win on French soil – and PSG are unbeaten in 28 European home games.
