Aaron Ramsey was part of the Arsenal starting line-up for Saturday's Premier League away clash with Stoke, returning once again to a ground where he had broken his leg in a challenge with Ryan Shawcross in 2010.

RECEPTION
As has tended to be the case in this fixture over the years, Ramsey was booed loudly by some Stoke fans, although it dropped off after his first few touches in the game.
CREATIVITY
The Welshman looked eager to make a positive impact, particularly in the first half, and was often involved when Arsenal built attacks, although he did not always make the right decisions in his link-up play.
GOAL THREAT
Several chances came his way, with the first seeing him unable to fashion a decent shot while well-marshalled by Mame Biram Diouf. Ramsey then got on the end of a Mesut Ozil free-kick at the far post, only to be denied by a fine save from Jack Butland, who subsequently beat him to Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain's lofted ball into the box with a diving punch. That was all before half-time, and Ramsey endured further frustration after the break as he scuffed a shot on the stretch from Shkodran Mustafi's tee-up that was easy for Butland to deal with.
OVERALL
Certainly not Arsenal's worst player, but like so many of his colleagues, had what has to ultimately count as an off day.
