These Liverpool fans caught out the Manchester United boss
Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho has become an unwitting victim of a social media prank by Liverpool supporters, after he was photographed wearing a Spirit of Shankly sticker in Moscow.
The United manager posed for a picture with two cheeky Liverpool fans, who couldn’t resist their chance to plant a sticker celebrating the legacy of iconic Reds manager Bill Shankly onto Mourinho’s red United training top.
The Portuguese tactician already looked a little less than pleased to be cornered by supporters, but he will be even less amused when he realises he has been part of a prank that has become a viral hit on social media.
Even former Liverpool striker John Aldridge got in on the joke, as he tweeted the image to his army of followers on Twitter:
