Antonio Conte has revealed that some Chelsea youth players will get a chance to impress against Nottingham Forest at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday.

Jake Clarke-Salter, Kyle Scott and Charly Musonda were all handed first team squad numbers after being taken on the club's pre-season tour, while Brazilian Kenedy is still at the club after Chelsea failed to sign a left wing-back last month.

Musonda and Clarke-Salter are particularly highly thought of after progressing through the ranks.

Forest's visit is Chelsea's fourth game of seven in September following their return to Champions League competition last week.

With one eye on Saturday's trip to Stoke, Conte said: "When you have to play a lot of games and have just a few days to recover, it is normal to rotate.

"I think it is a good opportunity to see the young players that are training with us. They deserve to have an opportunity and I hope to take it."
