Paul Pogba has had a new haircut – not something particularly out of the ordinary.
However the Manchester United midfielder’s latest trim is a little more special than usual.
The Frenchman has had the word ‘EQUAL’ and a symbol shaved into the back of his head. By why?
It’s to coincide with his appearance at an event for Uefa’s RESPECT campaign, which is being held in Monaco today. The initiative promotes diversity, fan culture, health, environment and accessibility for all.
Pogba’s appearance in Monaco comes a day before the draw for the Champions League will be held in the principality.
Manchester United will be among the teams involved after they secured their spot in the tournament thanks to winning the Europa League last season.
Pogba will be delighted to return to the competition having missed out last year. His last appearance in the competition was as a Juventus player when the Italian side were knocked out by Bayern Munich at the Round of 16 stage.
