Alexis Sanchez has already agreed personal terms with Manchester City as the Chilean continues to force through his move away from Arsenal, according to reports.

The Daily Telegraph claims that City have offered a contract worth £325,000 a week and the 28-year-old has accepted the deal.

But Pep Guardiola’s side have not yet agreed a fee with Arsenal and had a £50million offer rejected on Tuesday.

Arsenal are demanding that Raheem Sterling is used as part of the deal for Sanchez but City would prefer a transfer that only involves cash.

The England international is open to joining Arsene Wenger’s side as he could fall down the pecking order if Sanchez arrives.

Sanchez, meanwhile, has reportedly told friends that he wants to move to City before the end of the window.

The forward’s current contract expires next summer and he has shown no desire to extend his deal.

Sanchez has joined up with Chile’s squad in Santiago for the upcoming international fixtures but reports on Tuesday claimed that he had asked permission to leave the camp in order to sort out his future.

So far this summer, Arsene Wenger has remained adamant that Sanchez would not be sold, even if it meant losing the player on a free transfer at the end of the season.
