Arsenal legend Ian Wright has hailed Alvaro Morata following the forward’s strong start at Chelsea.

The 24-year-old Spain striker, arrived at Stamford Bridge from Real Madrid this summer and has scored seven goals in his opening nine appearances for the Blues since his £60million transfer move.

Morata was forced off in the defeat to Manchester City and was unable to continue to scoring run after a hat-trick versus Stoke and a crucial goal in an unforgettable Champions League victory over Atletico Madrid.

Asked about Morata’s start at the club, Wright told BBC Radio 5 Live: ‘What I’ve seen of him his movement is really good.
