Arsenal take on Huddersfield this evening looking to make it three Premier League wins in a row.

Having returned to the top four with victory over Burnley at the weekend, they will be desperate to stay there.

They will have to do so however without a few first-team stars…

Who’s definitely out?

Santi Cazorla remains out with the Spaniard revealing today that he’s had to undergo yet more surgery.

Who’s doubtful?

Mesut Ozil missed out at the weekend due to illness and could be absent again, although he took full part in training on Tuesday. ‘We’ll make an assessment after the training session,’ said Wenger yesterday. It’s possible the Gunners’ boss will want to keep him fresh with Manchester United in store at the weekend.

Alex Iwobi has a dead leg, which makes him unlikely to play a part against Huddersfield.

Theo Walcott has been out for the last couple of weeks through illness. He’s now back in full training but remains a doubt.

What did Arsene Wenger say in the build-up?

‘Look, at the moment we are far apart [from Man City, who are 12 points ahead], but the only way we can keep that alive is for us to win the games and that’s why the next game is so important for us.

‘I feel that every team has its vulnerabilities, even Manchester City. They had a good start but it’s too early. We are in November and you win the championship in May.’

How did they line-up last time out?

The Gunners won 1-0 at Burnley at the weekend thanks to an injury time penalty from Alexis Sanchez.

Below is how they lined up, with Jack Wilshere and Danny Welbeck coming off the bench for Alex Iwobi and Alexandre Lacazette respectively.
