Juventus star Alex Sandro has been warned he must ‘repay’ the club before making a move to Manchester United or Chelsea.

The Brazilian is keen on a move to the Premier League and both Manchester United and Chelsea are interested in a £50m deal for the full-back.

Juventus value Sandro at closer to £60m but won’t let the former Porto man leave until at least next summer.

However, Juventus’ sporting director Beppe Marotta has warned Sandro that the club want a return on their £21m investment from 2015 and expect better performances from him.

‘We’ve regarded Alex Sandro as a top player,’ says Marotta.

‘We have trusted him and he must repay our trust now.’

Jose Mourinho is willing to let Luke Shaw leave for around £20m in a bid to raise funds for a move for Sandro.

The Brazilian is said to favour a move to London but Juventus will sell to the highest bidder.
