Manchester United maintained their one hundred per cent record in the Champions League this season with a 2-0 win over Benfica at Old Trafford.
Anthony Martial had a golden opportunity to open the scoring when he won a penalty, but the Frenchman's meek spot-kick was saved by teenager goalkeeper Mile Svilar.
But Svilar's luck soon changed as a long-range Nemanja Matic shot cannoned off the post, into his back and then into his own goal to open the scoring.
The hosts won a second penalty after the break, with Daley Blind making no mistake to seal the win.
Andy Dunn was at Old Trafford and has dished out his player ratings...
Manchester United
De Gea 7 - Couple of camera-friendly saves and a couple of crucial ones
Darmian 6 - One or two timely interventions but little attacking threat
Smalling 7 - Left exposed occasionally but coped pretty well with some good movement
Bailly 6 - Booked. Could have given a way a penalty and unusually unconvincing
Blind 6 - Fairly solid but hardly brings flare to the left flank
Matic 8 - MOTM. He has the sweet strike in his locker and it proved decisive
McTominay 6 - Big night for the youngster and game passed him by for spells
Mata 6 - Some bright ideas but never got a foothold in the game
Lingard 6 - Not seen to any great effect and succumbed to a knock
Martial 7 - A mixture of the sublime and the ridiculous if ever there was one
Lukaku 7 - Certainly put in an unselfish shift but having a minor confidence issue
