Arsenal shareholders made their feelings clear at the annual general meeting at the Emirates on Thursday.

Gunners supporters in attendance voted with their hands, despite a second call offering the audience to change their mind, against Sir Chips Keswick's re-election to the Arsenal board.

This led to a poll vote being carried out among those present at the Emirates to confirm their stance, though fans were warned there are also proxy votes and 97 per cent had voted in favour of Keswick to remain.

In the end the fans' vote had little to no impact as Keswick was re-elected, but the supporters were able to get their point and unhappiness across at the very least.

Arsenal chief executive Ivan Gazidis then took to the stage in a bid to flip the frosty mood emanating inside the room.

A video of Arsenal's good bits was played to those in attendance, with the clip posing the question: "Where does it [the income] go?"

This was then proceeded with images of Arsenal's signings, starting with Granit Xhaka, which garnered a few chuckles from the room.

Eddie Nketiah, who bagged twice for arsenal in their 2-1 win over Norwich in the Carabao Cup on Tuesday, was also featured on the clip.

It seems the club used his dramatic equaliser and winner as an example of how Arsenal are continually progressing.
