Jose Mourinho appeared to snub a handshake with Chelsea star Eden Hazard on Sunday.

The Manchester United boss stood outside the Stamford Bridge tunnel to greet several of his former players.

Thibaut Courtois, Cesc Fabregas and Marcos Alonso were all welcomed, but Mourinho put his hands in his pocket as Hazard emerged on to the pitch.

The Belgian playmaker and Mourinho enjoyed a fractious relationship during the Portuguese's final season in west London.

The previous year Hazard won both Premier League Player of the Season and PFA Players' Player of the Year.

But the campaign after saw Hazard as a shadow of the player he was before and Chelsea struggle to pick up points and Mourinho was eventually sacked.

Hazard went on to point out how much he was enjoying working under new boss Antonio Conte.

He told SFR Sport : "There’s a lot of tactics. It’s not always nice as a forward as you have to run, defend and everything, but at least at the weekend, you know exactly what to do, you can even close your eyes and play.

"That’s good. We work a lot. It’s not always easy in training, there are a lot of hours of training, but it bears fruit on the pitch. We play well, we won last year. You can see that that’s the key to success: work."
