Liverpool hope to have Adam Lallana available next month.

The England international hasn't played at all this campaign after picking up a problem during pre-season.

He has stepped up his rehabilitation in Qatar and after his return to Melwood, Jurgen Klopp provided an update on Lallana.

If everything goes to plan Lallana could be fit for the Premier League match at Anfield on November 18, reports the Liverpool Echo.

“It’s absolutely good news. Maybe after the next international break he could be back," Klopp said.

“It would be fantastic for us of course. Everybody knows what kind of a quality player he is.

“Sadio (Mane) didn’t play a few games already and now he is injured, Adam is not in, Clyney (Nathaniel Clyne) is not in as well, but it’s also a fact other teams also miss players.

“Of course it’s better if Adam could have scored in one game or another, but there is nothing we can do about this. It’s just good that he’s back in a few weeks.”
