Manchester United fans were a little confused when Danny Webber was selected as a club legend to play in a charity game against a team of Barcelona heroes.
Well, to be fair to the Red Devils supporters, the striker never even scored a goal for the Old Trafford club, let alone represented them, so it's a bit of a stretch.
Many young fans took to Twitter to ask who the 35-year-old was, and many more mocked his inclusion with memes.
But it seems most of them where made to eat their words...
Now we should be clear, a goal in a charity match isn't enough to turn a 'once Manchester United player' into a club legend.
We don't think they're planning a statute outside the ground anytime soon.
But, as we say it certainly had many eating their words, and praising the striker's stunning chipped goal to make the score 2-0.
