Arsenal registered their lowest ever Emirates attendance for their Europa League clash with BATE Borisov.

The Gunners had already progressed to the knockout stages ahead of the clash at the Emirates.

Empty seats were noticeable throughout the first-half although the club announced they had sold 54,648 tickets for the clash.

But there was almost certainly under 30,000 fans inside the Emirates.

The previous lowest attendance was set earlier this season against Doncaster in the Carabao Cup.

A much-changed Gunners side romped to victory against BATE as they look for success in the competition.

But many fans were unimpressed and felt tickets should have been given to local schools if they were available.
