Tottenham fans have hit back at the claim the club has confirmed Danny Rose will be leaving to sign for Manchester United.
Jose Mourinho is preparing a £50million New Year bid for the left-back, according to The Sun, as it was revealed he has been left out of the club's latest calendar.
The Spurs defender is yet to play for the north London outfit this season after injury, but returned to training this week.
However, his future has been in question since Rose's interview criticising the club's transfer policy, while Mourinho wants a left-back regular, having failed to settle on any of a number of options.
Rose has spent 10 years at Tottenham, and recently intimated he would like to play closer to his Yorkshire home at some point.
It was suggested that Rose's snub in the calendar was evidence that he is no longer in Mauricio Pochettino's plans post-January.
But Spurs fans have taken to Twitter to pick holes in this claim, pointing out that a number of important players including Ben Davies and Erik Lamela are also missing.
Not only this but Rose hasn't featured for Spurs this season, and therefore there are no pictures of the left-back in the club's new Nike kit.
