Wenger wants title challenge

After watching his side dismantle West Brom, Arsene Wenger challenged Arsenal ahead of next year: "We want more!"

Theo Walcott excelled as the Gunners' out and out front man scoring three first-half goals with a stunning display of finishing in a 4-1 win.

"We had a slow start to the season, but progressively, we got stronger, and from January onwards we got competitive," Wenger said.

"We have qualified directly for next season's Champions League. But we want more. We want to challenge for the Premier League title."

Walcott blows away Baggies

If Arsenal are thinking of playing hardball with Theo Walcott this summer they should take another look at the DVD of this game.

The 26-year-old England winger, set for contract talks, has been written off in some quarters with claims that he is not the same player since his knee injury last year.

There has even been talk of Walcott - with one year left on his deal - being a makeweight in moves for Liverpool’s Raheem Sterling or Chelsea’s Petr Cech.

Don’t do it Arsene.
