Arsenal and Spurs could go head to head in January for the services of PSG midfielder Adrien Rabiot - but it is Inter who are in pole position.

That is according to Calciomercato, who say the Serie A giants could rekindle their interest in Rabiot from three years ago to trump the north London duo.

Rabiot, 22, is yet to put pen to paper on fresh terms at PSG with his current deal set to expire in the summer of 2019.

PSG are reluctant to let him go as he is a homegrown star. He played 39 times last season, scoring four goals.

"For sure Arsenal is a big rival for the title," he said.

"If you see their squad you can understand there are a lot of top players. I don't understand why they can't fight for the title."
