Manchester City are ready to give in to Alexis Sanchez and pay his mega wages.

Arsenal superstar Sanchez has demanded a weekly salary of £320,000, according to the Daily Mail.

The Chilean is at a stand off with the Gunners over a new deal - with his current contract running out at the end of next season.

Sanchez was due back at Arsenal training on Friday, having missed their pre-season tours to Australia and China having been given time off after the Confederations Cup, but pulled a sickie.

If Sanchez agrees the deal with City he will become Pep Guardiola's highest paid player.
