Arsenal will send young left-back Cohen Bramall on-loan after deciding to keep Nacho Monreal for one more season.

The Gunners had told Bramall he would be back-up to new signing Sead Kolasinac this season with Monreal and Kieran Gibbs moving on, and whilst the latter is set to move – the Spaniard is set to have one more season at The Emirates.

The 21-year-old has played an active part in the first-team this pre-season but Arsene Wenger wants him to get some game time.

There are a host of Championship clubs who want him.

But it is understood that Dutch club Sparta Rotterdam have been identified as the most likely landing place for him – as Wenger feels they would be the best fit.
