The Sun claim Messi's dad has been in contact with Manchester City about a move to the Etihad.

The paper claims Jorge Messi, Leo's manager, had a meeting with the Blues' director of football Txiki Begiristain, who used to work for the Catalans until 2012.

They would have to wait until next summer at the earliest but however much of a long shot it is, Messi has been stalling on a new deal...
