Liverpool are eyeing a move for RB Leipzig defender Dayot Upamecano... but his release clause could be set at an eye-watering €100million.

That is according to Bild, who say the Reds are keen on the Frenchman, 18, who joined Leipzig from Red Bull Salzburg in January.

Upamecano reportedly has a new deal on the table which would raise his buyout clause to the €100m mark.

The Reds paid Naby Keita's release clause, plus an additional premium, to Leipzig to secure hiss ervices from next summer.

Can came through unscathed and is expected to be recalled to Klopp’s midfield as the Reds look to end a four-game winless run.
