Paris Saint-Germain forward Lucas Moura has been advised to leave the club and seek a move to Arsenal.

The Brazilian international is struggling to get into the first XI in the French capital following their big-spending summer and former PSG defender Alex has given him some career advice.

Alex told French daily L'Equipe that a move in the January window would be just the tonic to get his career firing again.

"I would like to see him at Arsenal," he said. "They play cleaner football, more technical.

"He had contacts, I believe. That would be a good option for him this winter."

Moura has played only 37 minutes in Ligue 1 this season.

The Russian businessman insists he is "in for the long term" and still remains keen on buying the club.
