Tottenham have made a dramatic move to sign Fernando Llorente - leaving Chelsea facing another transfer disaster.

Swansea will sanction a £15million move for Llorente as soon as they complete a deal to return-sign former striker Wilfried Bony.

Chelsea boss Antonio Conte appeared to be in pole position as he wants Llorente to bolster his squad.

But Tottenham have now come in as they look to complete some last minute deals and need another option to back up Harry Kane.

Chelsea have already missed out on Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Romelu Lukaku among others and missing out again would really test Conte's patience.

They also want Danny Drinkwater but, according to sources, are still "miles apart" from Leicester's valuation.
