Real Madrid have their eyes set on Harry Kane but Tottenham's lofty valuation of €200m has pushed Los Blancos to be creative with their offer for the England striker.

President Florentino Perez is eager to upgrade Karim Benzema as the side's No.9 with Kane's 39 goals in 2017 not going unnoticed.

Daniel Levy is likely to resist any offers with Kane tied to the club until 2022, but Perez is ready to make three world class players available in part exchange, report Diario Gol.

Gareth Bale is one, who looks destined to end his stay at the Bernabeu next summer, while another former Spurs star Luka Modric could also move the other way.

The final option for Spurs is Mateo Kovacic who, at 23 years old, could be a more astute option with his best years still to come.

The report insists a deal could include just one of the aforementioned players with a fee or all three in a straight trade.

Mauricio Pochettino will surely be loath to lose his talisman, but the opportunity to instantly acquire three elite talents may prove too much to resist.
