Arsenal are looking into signing AC Milan striker Andre Silva following his excellent start to life in Serie A, but they now face competition from Barcelona.

Arsene Wenger may look to sign another striker if Olivier Giroud is not happy being the second choice option, which brings Silva into the equation.

The Blaugrana could also look to sign the former Porto star though, claim Corriere dello Sport, with the Portuguese international proving a hit since his £33m move.

Alexandre Lacazette is the Gunners' No.1 choice, though Wenger may pursue a formation with two strikers to accommodate Silva.
