The chaaaaaampions! Duh duh duh duh!
The Champions League is back, back again, and this season promises to be just as eventful as it always is.
Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United , Tottenham and Celtic make up the British interest in this season's competition, and all six will enter combat this week in what look to be fascinating groups.

But what will go down in this season's competition?
Well, many things, including these 10.
1. Brendan Rodgers will roll out his meeting Carlo Ancelotti face again when he meets Carlo Ancelotti ahead of Celtic's Group B clashes with Bayern Munich
2. Lionel Messi will get the six goals he needs to reach 100 in the Champions League

4. Mentions of "magical European nights at Anfield" will outnumber the actual feats of magic performed there

5. Jose Mourinho will run down the Old Trafford touchline to celebrate a Champions League goal, but Manchester United fans will be far nicer about that than they were the last time he did it
6. Spurs will do better at Wembley this time around (well they couldn't really do much worse)

7. Manchester City - the team in the competition who spent the most money this summer - will field the first XI in the history of the competition that is worth more money than sponsors Gazprom are, whatever they do
