Everton are willing to let Kevin Mirallas leave on deadline day, but only in a permanent switch.

The Belgian was last seen sitting in Manchester Airport on Sunday after being dropped for the Blues trip to London to take on Chelsea.

Reports soon emerged of a falling out with manager Ronald Koeman, who later said he didn’t know if Mirallas would be staying at the club this summer.

Now, the Liverpool Echo are reporting that he is free to leave Goodison Park but only on a permanent deal.

Former club Olympiakos had been in negotiations but have now been ruled out after only being willing to take the 29 year-old on loan. A similar bid from West Ham United has also been swiftly rejected, according to reports.

Mirallas signed a new three year deal in May but finds himself on the periphery at present, with Ademola Lookman and Aaron Lennon currently preferred by Koeman.

He may be pushed further down the pecking order too, with Nikola Vlasic expected to arrive from Hajduk Split before tonight’s deadline.
