How to watch the Everton Ladies this season

Everton Ladies are back in the WSL1 and fans are excited to watch their season against the likes of Chelsea Ladies, Arsenal Women, Manchester City Women, and Liverpool Ladies.

Lucky fans that live in the Liverpool area can attend the games for free if they are a season ticket holder for the men’s team or for very affordable ticket prices.

Wanna watch the Blue Girls in action but can’t get to the games?

The FA WSL announced that a selection of live games will be broadcast on TV by BT sport, online and red-button by the BBC, and the FA WSL’s Facebook page.

Here’s the Everton Ladies broadcast schedule so far:

•Everton Ladies vs Liverpool Ladies – Friday 22 September, BT Sport 2 / BBC Radio 5 Live, 7.45pm

•Birmingham City Ladies vs Everton Ladies – Sunday 1 October, BBC Sport Online & Red Button, 5.30pm

•Everton Ladies vs Manchester City Women – Saturday 7 October , FA WSL Facebook, 7pm

•Everton Ladies vs Arsenal Women – Sunday 29 October, FA WSL Facebook / BBC Radio 5 Live, 2pm

Notice that some of the games take place on the same day as the men’s team but several hours apart (October 1st and October 29th) so that you can enjoy an entire day full of Everton football if you so wish.

The season goes until May 20th, so keep your eyes peeled for future broadcast announcements.

There will also be live commentary on BBC Radio Five Live and weekly match highlights on The FA’s For Girls website and on the BBC’s weekly Women’s Football Show.

You can now add WSL 1 alerts for goals in the BBC Sport app.

There hasn’t been any word yet on whether or not individual teams will carry live games on their Facebook pages like some teams did last season but that would be a great option for fans all around the world to watch. ESPN previously had a deal to broadcast WSL games when the league first started. The teams have evolved a lot since then and it would be great to provide the league with international coverage.
