The latest Man Utd transfer news and rumours from across the British and European press on Sunday, July 30.

Manchester United could complete the signing of Nemanja Matic from Chelsea by the end of next week, according to the Mail on Sunday.

Jose Mourinho has been interested in the 28-year-old midfielder all summer, though it is reported that Chelsea want to bring in a replacement midfielder before selling Matic.

United will have to pay up to £31m if they want to tempt Anderlecht to sell Leander Dendoncker, according to the Daily Star on Sunday.

The 22-year-old Belgian scored against United in the quarter-final of the Europa League last season, and Anderlecht sporting director Herman van Holsbeeck has said they could sell Dendoncker for around £30m.

He told Het Belang van Limburg: "We want to cherish him, but if a club is willing to pay between €25mi and €35m, we have a problem."

Not long to wait until the new Premier League season. Feel it all.

Everton manager Ronald Koeman said earlier this week that the 23-year-old England international was to leave Goodison Park this summer.

And finally, the Sunday Express speculate that Mourinho has targeted a £90m move to take Gareth Bale to Manchester United but would rather wait until next summer to make it happen.
