After weeks of anticipation, the two sides finally met for their Anfield showdown and although there was plenty of the usual fire, it was lacking in goals.
Former United defender Neville had his say following the game, joining commentator Tyler on the gantry, and how it compared to a 0-0 draw between the two sides from last season.
David de Gea's performance was also up for discussion after he made a superb save to deny Liverpool the opener, and Neville had plenty of praise for the goalkeeper.
