The transfer window is in full swing and our friends at Football Whispers have collated the latest rumours from across Europe.

France

Arsenal have made a third bid of €50m for Thomas Lemar. Monaco are yet to respond, but it is the first offer the Gunners have made that is being properly considered by the Ligue 1 club. (L'Equipe)

Spain

Manchester City are leading the chase for Kylian Mbappe after making a bid of €160m, but Monaco are not rushing into a decision. (AS)

Mbappe will be a Barcelona transfer target if Neymar leaves. Executives from the Catalan club have met with the French teenager's inner circle to make their interest in him clear.

They believe they can offer him more first-team football than Real Madrid, which could give them the upper hand over their rivals. (Sport)
