Spain

Julian Draxler wants to leave PSG as he's worried about a lack of game time since the arrival of Neymar and Kylian Mbappe. The attacker had subject linked with Liverpool and Arsenal transfer rumours in the summer, and will want to make a move sooner rather than later. (Don Balon)

Philippe Coutinho has spoken about his possible move to Barcelona. "I had a professional offer and in life these can sometimes be interesting," said the Brazil midfielder. "As everyone knows I was keen on the move as was my family and it was an honour to receive an offer from a prestigious club such as Barcelona but at the same time it's also an honour to play here, Liverpool are a massive club and respected throughout the world." Germany

Schalke could break club records when offering a new contract to Leon Goretzka, with the German midfielder's contract set to expire in 2018. The club's vice-captain could be offered £8.8m (€10m) per year in an attempt to prevent him from joining the likes of Bayern Munich, Barcelona, Liverpool, or Arsenal on a free transfer. (Kicker)

RB Leipzig have inserted a £88m (€100m) release clause into the contract of central defender Dayot Upamecano who signed from their sister club, Red Bull Salzburg, for just £8.8m (€10m) this summer. The Bundesliga side are keen to add high release clauses to contracts after having trouble keeping hold of Naby Keita and Timo Werner in recent months. (Bild)
