But Jurgen Klopp will reportedly target Lemar if Philippe Coutinho moves to Barcelona.

Alexis Sanchez has left his Arsenal team-mates convinced he wants to leave the club as he returned to training on Tuesday.

The Daily Mail reports Sanchez is resolved to leaving the Gunners but Arsene Wenger will not sell him to an English club.

Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain have been linked with the Chile international.

Newcastle are keen to sign Arsenal striker Lucas Perez, reports the Sunderland Echo.

Rafael Benitez wants another forward ahead of the Premier League season and would take the Spaniard on loan.

But Arsenal are looking for around £13.4m in a permanent deal for Perez, who made 21 appearances in all competitions last season.

The Gunners are weighing up an offer for Nice midfielder Jean Michael Seri, reports ESPN FC.

Arsenal scouts were regulars at Nice last season as they tracked the highly-rated Seri, who has a €36m (£32m) release clause.

Tottenham are also reportedly interested in the Ivory Coast international.
