We round up the latest Arsenal transfers rumours from around the British and European press on Tuesday, August 22.
Arsenal have apparently been given fresh hope that they could sign Thomas Lemar from Moncao.
The Ligue 1 champions have seemed reluctant to sell Lemar this summer, but French outlet Le 10 Sport say they could now be willing to sanction his departure.
Monaco have already sold several of their stars, with Kylian Mbappe and Fabinho looking as though they will leave too.
Meanwhile, seven teams are apparently interested in Arsenal's Lucas Perez.
Deportivo had looked to be the favourites to sign Perez, with head coach Pepe Mel saying he had been told the striker would join next week.
But Press Association say Everton, Newcastle, Valencia, Levante, Bayer Leverkusen and Galatasaray are also interested.
Arsenal's 18-year-old midfielder Marcus McGuane is reportedly wanted by several top European clubs.
McGuane is into the last year of his contract and The Independent say Juventus, Manchester United, Manchester City and Napoli are willing to offer him first-team football.
Arsenal still apparently hope to agree a new deal.
