Sky Sports understands former Wolves midfielder Karl Henry is training with West Bromwich Albion as he looks for a new club.

Henry is a free agent after his four-year spell at Queens Park Rangers came to an end this summer.

The 34-year-old has vast experience of the English game, having begun his career by spending seven years at Stoke and then going on to captain Wolves, for whom he made over 250 appearances.

He moved to QPR in the summer of July 2013 and helped the London side win promotion to the Premier League via the play-offs in his first season at the club.
