Tinder confirms Manchester United sponsorship negotiations

Dating app Tinder has confirmed it is in talks with Manchester United about becoming the club's first sleeve sponsor.

Premier League clubs will be allowed to display an additional sponsor on shirt sleeves from next season.

Manchester City have signed a deal with Nexen Tires, but space on United's shirts is still up for grabs.

A Tinder spokesperson told the Daily Mail: "We are in talks with Manchester United to explore potential partnership opportunities. We are excited to see what we can do together."

Tinder, which has more than 50 million users worldwide, could reportedly pay £12 million a year to become United's latest sponsor.

The club already has deals with principal shirt sponsor Chevrolet and kit manufacturer adidas and other partnerships with 20th Century Fox and Uber.
