Manchester United will try to win at Watford - Ashley Young

MANCHESTER -- Ashley Young says Manchester United will go to Watford to win on Tuesday night as they look to turn around their stuttering away form.

United have been imperious at Old Trafford, winning all seven Premier League games, scoring 20 goals and conceding just once. But it's a different story away from home where they have won two of their six games, scoring eight and conceding five.

United are without an away win in the league since September. But Young, who got the winner against Brighton on Saturday, is hoping that will change against his former club at Vicarage Road.

He said: "We know we are away but we still want to get the three points.

"It's going to be a tough game. The place has changed in the years since I left. They are doing well in the league so we know it is going to be another tough game.

"Of course I love going back there. I was there from when I was 10 to 21, it is where I plied my trade as a kid and I learned the game in my early years so it is always nice to go back there -- but it will be even better if we go back there and get three points."

Watford are up to eighth in the table after their 3-0 win over Newcastle at the weekend.

It is form that has seen their manager, Marco Silva, linked with the vacant Everton job. And Young, who left Watford for Aston Villa in 2007, has been impressed.

He added: "I still do know a few there. And I've still got friends who work there. I talk to them now and again and see how things are going.

"He's proving a good manager. He has got them playing, scoring goals, winning games so they are doing well. But I always say we can't concentrate on the other team."
