Paul Pogba makes prediction about Man United ahead of Stoke clash

Paul Pogba is hoping to help Manchester United continue their strong star to the season

Paul Pogba is hoping that Manchester United can continue their strong start to the Premier League season after he was voted as the club’s player of the month for August.

The French midfielder helped Jose Mourinho’s men to claim three victories from their opening three top-flight games to top the Premier League table.

Manchester United have scored 10 goals without reply in their opening three games as they prepare to take on Stoke City at the bet365 Stadium on Saturday.

And Pogba is hoping to help the Red Devils continue their strong start to the season in the coming weeks and months.

Pogba told Manchester United’s website: “I’m just very happy and would like to say thanks to the fans who voted for me last month.

“It has been great for me and great for the team. Hopefully we are going to carry on like that. The season is very long and I need to hopefully keep on this level to help the team.”

Manchester United are aiming to win the Premier League title for the first time since Sir Alex Ferguson’s retirement back in 2013 this season.

The Red Devils finished sixth in the top flight and won both the EFL Cup and Europa League last season under Mourinho following his appointment back in May 2016.
