MANCHESTER UNITED younsgter Cameron Borthwick-Jackson has joined Leeds on a season-long loan deal.
The defender has been unable to force his way into Jose Mourinho’s plans and failed to impress at Wolves last season.
Borthwick-Jackson, 20, completed his medical yesterday as Elland Road chief Thomas Christiansen looks for depth.
Leeds are aiming for promotion this season after narrowly missing out on a play-off berth last campaign.
And Christiansen is prepared to take a punt of Borthwick-Jackson despite his flop at Wolves.
Former Molineux chief Paul Lambert admitted he could not give the left-back enough game time as he turned to more experienced options.
He added: “He’s a young lad, a tidy and nice footballer and he’s got to fight his way to get into the side.
"But he never lets himself down in training. He trains well.”
