MANCHESTER UNITED are leading the race to land Spurs ace Danny Rose.
And Jose Mourinho could be willing to offer left-back Luke Shaw as a part exchange, according to reports.
SunSport exclusively revealed that the Tottenham defender would sensationally leave White Hart Lane "to find his worth" and that he "will play up north" before hanging up his boots.

Rose's untimely comments came just days before the start of the Premier League season as clubs continue to pull out the cheque book to land summer targets.
He has been fined two weeks' wages worth a total of £130,000.
Manchester United are now favourites to sign the 27-year-old with Mourinho keen to land a new left-back.
Shaw has failed to convince the Portuguese boss that he can be a regular in the first-team, particularly in the big Champions League matches that United will feature in next year.
According to the Daily Record, the 22-year-old could be offered in part exchange to push a deal over the line.

Mourinho is thought to be frustrated with Shaw's attitude alongside his recent injury record which has seen Matteo Darmian move into a makeshift position.
Rose has already seen his former team-mate Kyle Walker leave for Manchester City in a staggering £50million deal where his pay packet has dramatically increased.
But Pep Guardiola won't be raiding Spurs again, having already spent £49.3m on left-back Benjamin Mendy.
Chelsea have been linked with a move for Rose but with the player's family still living up north, he is thought to favour a switch to the Red Devils.
