Arsenal fans to protest before live Chelsea match with fake £50 notes with Arsene Wenger’s face on them

ARSENAL supporters will hold a stunning protest against Arsene Wenger ahead of their London derby with Chelsea later this month.

Guynners fans are fuming after a poor start of the season which has seen two losses in three games - including the 4-0 thrashing against Liverpool.

Promises were made by the club that there will be changes this summer after finishing fifth in the league and missing out on Champions League football.

But with just two major summer signings and Wenger penning a new two-year extension to his contract, it appears the club have failed to appease frustrated fans.

And now they are about to take matters into their own hands.

Ahead of the Chelsea match on September 17, hundreds of large fake £50 notes have been printed off with Wenger's face on.

On the banknote is the slogan "bank of bulls**t."

The Gunners spent £44million this summer on striker Alexandre Lacazette, who started on the bench against Liverpool, and signed Sead Kolasinac on a free transfer.

The game against Antonio Conte's champions has been selected because it is live on TV and Arsenal fans believe it will be given plenty of coverage.

DT, from Arsenal Fan TV, has also confirmed the protest will be happening but insists it has nothing to do with him.

He also shared how another protest is in the pipeline against owner Stan Kroenke.

He wrote: "This planned protest at Chelsea has nothing to do with me I am simply passing on the details.

"There is another much bigger protest planned against Kroenke, cannot reveal details yet until given the all clear."

Last season supporters continued to campaign for Wenger to leave the club with banners and an aeroplane calling for the Frenchman to quit.
