Wayne Rooney to play against Spurs, Frank De Boer to ditch Total Football and throwing Eden Hazard back into action – your chance to decide on all the big issues this weekend

THE Premier League is back – and that means another weekend of massive decisions for managers at both ends of the table.

Much has happened during the international break, not least Wayne Rooney’s drink-drive arrest which will leave Everton boss Ronald Koeman with a headache bigger than one of Wazza’s hangovers.

Should the Dutchman play the in-form striker, or leave him on the bench to ponder what a naughty boy he’s been?

With SunSport’s new You are The Boss column, you can let us know what you would do if you were Koeman or any other Premier League manager facing a match day selection conundrum.

You can vote on all of the big issues simply by clicking on our polls below, in conjunction with Voice of the Fans.

The first of our seven dilemmas is whether or not Rooney should start against Spurs at Goodison.

Koeman says he will be “punished at the appropriate time” – but is that time at 3pm on Saturday afternoon?

Arsene Wenger also faces a quandary over a star striker in whether or not to play Alexis Sanchez when the Gunners host Bournemouth.

The wantaway Chilean featured in Arsenal’s last match when they were thumped 4-0 by Liverpool, but he has since seen his much-desired move up north to Manchester City collapse.

If you were Wenger would you swallow some pride and play by far your best player knowing nothing but three points will do on Saturday, or let Sanchez get splinters in his backside and show him who’s boss with a seat on the sidelines?

Next up is under-fire Slaven Bilic. The West Ham manager is truly under the cosh having lost all three games of the season so far and faces red-hot Huddersfield at the London Stadium on Monday night.

Should the Croatian risk going all guns blazing and play a just about fit-again Andy Carroll in the hope that the Geordie Jesus can immediately strike up a winning partnership with Javier Hernandez - or stick to just one up top and leave it all to the Little Pea?

Antonio Conte also has a star on his way back from injury ahead of Chelsea’s visit to Leicester in Belgian wizard Eden Hazard.

The Italian gaffer said he was surprised that Hazard was called up for his country before he scored in Belgium’s 6-0 win over Gibraltar last Thursday.

Conte insists he doesn’t want to rush one of his key players back, but after showing he’s well and truly on the mend, would you risk starting proven match-winner Hazard for Saturday afternoon's testing trip to the Midlands?

Conte may not have needed to worry about Hazard’s comeback if he had managed to seal a £45million deadline day deal for Leicester’s Riyad Mahrez.

The Algerian wideman was on the verge of a switch to the capital but now that he’s staying at Leicester until at least January, what does Foxes chief Craig Shakespeare do with him?

Would you play Mahrez against the team that he was happy to move to just over a week ago, or let him watch longingly from the sidelines and wonder what might have been?

Marcus Rashford was the star for England - but does he deserve a starting place for United?

One player who was going nowhere in the international break was Marcus Rashford.

Instead, the Manchester United frontman was cementing his status as England’s greatest hope with a match-winning performance against Slovakia.

But, just like with the Three Lions for whom he started on the bench against Malta, the 19-year-old is far from guaranteed a place in the first XI under Jose Mourinho at United, with Anthony Martial, Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Juan Mata among those fighting for selection.

So with a very tricky trip to Stoke coming up on Saturday evening for the table toppers, should Jose start Rashford in the hope he will help maintain the Red Devils’ perfect start to the season?

At the other end of the table, Crystal Palace’s first three games couldn’t have gone much worse.

Frank de Boer’s low-flying Eagles are yet to score and have conceded six in a trio of defeats that have led to the spotlight being firmly focused on the Dutchman’s style of play.

Many critics have argued that he should ditch his Total Football mantra ahead of Palace’s visit to Burnley on Sunday lunchtime and play ugly in order to get some vital points on the board.
