it'S STILL CHICO TIME

Chico Flores posts training video in Swansea City kit… three years after leaving club to pursue career abroad

CHICO FLORES can be seen sporting his Swansea City kit during a peculiar online workout video.

This would not usually raise a concern, but the 30-year-old left the Welsh outfit in 2014 to pursue a career with Lekhwita SC.

The former Swans defender posted the training video to his Instagram - which has a whopping 289,000 followers.

During the clip, the 30-year-old can be seen working up a sweat with an array of outdoor exercises.

Flores also filmed a number of swans swimming in a lake beside him, which seems a fortunate coincidence as he reps the Swansea city shorts.

He captioned the post: "Cree en ti y todo...sera posible","Believe in yourself and everything...will be possible."

The Spaniard joined Swansea City for a fee of £2million in 2012, rejoining former Mallorca boss Michael Laudrup in the process.

Following a credible spell with the Welsh club, Chico decided to again follow in the footsteps of former Swans chief Laudrup and switch to Lekhwiya SC.

Chico is not one to avoid controversy and his feud with Sam Allardyce hit the headlines in 2013.

The former West Ham boss was seen laughing on the sidelines as Chico took a tumble during the Hammers match against Swansea.

The Spaniard took to Instagram to return fire in sublime style when Allarydce was sacked by England after just a short spell in charge.
