The error showed Leicester had played both Leeds and Liverpool on Tuesday night, with Arsenal, Chelsea and Man City also playing twice over two days.

Arsenal apparently lost at home to Middlesbrough on the 19th but then beat Doncaster just 24 hours later.

Aston Villa didn't even make it onto the list despite being the side that crashed out to Boro.

Bristol City, who stunned Premier League Stoke to win 2-0, apparently lost 3-1 at home to Norwich.

The graphic was quickly deleted but not before eagle-eyed users spotted the glaring errors.

One fan wrote: "Lads you've had a mare with scores here..."

When they corrected their mistake one person joked: "What happened to Leicester losing to Leeds on penalties and beating Liverpool in the same night?"

It is just the latest in a line of shambolic errors since the re-branding of the old League Cup.

The first round draw took place in Thailand but somehow had Charlton playing two teams.

Not only that, the graphic stated that AFC Wimbledon would take on Swindon which was impossible with both sides unseeded in the draw.

And to add insult to injury, the Facebook livestream faced sound issues and a stalling feed.

The second round draw descended into further chaos when John Salako sparked mass confusion live on TV.

The former Crystal Palace and Reading midfielder lost all grasp of the format when the red ball meant the team pulled out were playing at home and the white was away.

And to make matters worse, the third round draw took place in the early hours in Beijing meaning fans had to set their alarms for 04:15am UK time to catch who their teams would face.
