Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho offers £60million for Juventus striker Paulo Dybala
The Reds will be battling against Barcelona and Bayern Munich to secure the services of the Serie A star
JOSE MOURINHO has stepped up his pursuit for Juventus striker Paulo Dybala.
The Manchester United boss has put forward a bid of £60million, according to several sources in Italy.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport and Corriere dello Sport, the 24-year-old could be on his way to the Premier League.
The headline of Cds reads: "Mourinho wants Dybala - there's an offer of €68m [£60m]."
And Mourinho has previously claimed that he is confident of completing the deal for the Argentine ace.
Barcelona and Bayern Munich have also indicated their interest in the striker, who has 12 goals and three assists this term.
Reports suggest that Mourinho is even prepared to offload Henrikh Mkhitaryan in order to make room the Juventus forward.
Dybala remains close friends with United midfielder Paul Pogba after the pair enjoyed a spell in Serie A together.

He told France Football: "Pogba's departure was a tough hit for me.
"He is a friend of mine, we were on very good terms on and off the pitch."
Manchester United are chasing Manchester City at the top of the Prem, but 12 points separates the two sides.
The Reds boss claimed that the club haven't spent enough money to compete with their neighbours despite spending £300m since taking charge.
