Former Manchester United and City star Carlos Tevez avoids Chinese Super League wage crisis
Argentine striker still pocketing £615,000-a-week salary despite clubs facing bans for unpaid wages
CARLOS TEVEZ has escaped the wage crisis that has rocked the Chinese Super League.
Thirteen clubs face being banned next season for failing to pay their players properly.
But Tevez, who earns a whopping £615,000-per-week, is not a risk of losing his mega wage packet, according to the Daily Mirror.
The former Manchester City star’s employers Shanghai Shenhua are one of the sides that have been told to settle their arrears by August 15.
However, Shanghai have ensured that the ex-Premier League striker received his wages on time.
And both former Chelsea men Ramires and Oscar have also avoided any pay problems.
Although their clubs, Jiangsu Suning and Shanghai SIPG, are among those accused of failing to pay salaries and bonuses.
Rocardo Carvalho, another former Blues man, is one of Oscar’s teammates along with Brazilian forward Hulk.

The reigning champions Guangzhou Evergrande and five second tier sides have also been listed.
That leaves just three Super League sides are in the clear.
The clubs were named in a memo between the Chinese Football Association and Asian Football Confederation.
And the threat to stop clubs from entering the CSL is the latest in a crackdown by Chinese authorities.
The government in China accused teams earlier in the year of the “grave phenomenon” of “burning money” on foreign players instead of developing homegrown talents.
Following the huge influx of talent from overseas authorities have reduced the number of permitted foreigners in a match day squad from four to three.
A number of forfeits for spending on wages has also been introduced.
